We know you like coffee. We like coffee too. We must together get through the seemingly endless struggle of essay deadlines and term 2 mayhem. But does this mean that mother earth should sacrifice for your caffeine needs??? No. But the solution is simple, and the Climate Reality Project is here to get you through it.
Join us in a workshop on the Piazza with the aim to raise awareness on cup waste on campus. You will have the opportunity to paint your own cut-out cup tea-light and purchase it for a small local charity donation. You will also be able to take part in a cup SCULPTURE and have a jolly good time doing it. Hold on to your cups ladies and gentlemen and get ready to fight waste on campus!
We are currently collecting used paper cups in two bins located on floors 1 and 2 of the library, so even if you can't make it to the workshop, you can help us by throwing your used coffee cups in one these bins instead of a random one! THANK YOU 💚
You will also have the opportunity to enter into a competition to guess how many cups Warwick campus used last year, and the person who guesses the closest wins a free KeepCup! Living la vida mocha eh eh???
Hope to see you at our workshop! Lots of love, The Climate Reality Team
