Toxic Air Talk | Thursday 15th March

15 March at 17:30–18:30

As part of Green Week campaign

Air pollution is the 4th biggest killer in the UK, causing approximately 60,000 premature deaths per year. Leamington Spa is one of 44 towns and cities in the UK breaching World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines on air quality; standards which London breached in the first five days of 2017. The invisible threat of air pollution is often ignored, so to bring it into the spotlight we have invited 4 speakers to discuss the issue. They will be answering questions and sharing their opinions & research in a panel discussion to raise awareness and propose possible solutions/actions we can take. *** SPEAKERS***
